Cookie Policy
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognize your device, remember preferences, keep you signed in, and gather usage information. This policy also covers similar technologies such as browser local storage, session storage, and pixel tags used by Powers Creative Enterprises, LLC ("PCE").
2. Categories of cookies and similar technologies we use
- Strictly necessary: required for the website to function, including security, network management, basic navigation, load balancing, CSRF protection, and keeping you signed in to your account. These cannot be switched off.
- AI chatbot widget storage: the AI assistant on our site uses browser local storage and a session identifier so your conversation persists as you navigate between pages, and so we can rate-limit and detect abuse. These are essential for the assistant to function; clearing site data will reset your conversation.
- Payment & fraud prevention: when you go through checkout, our payment processor Stripe sets cookies that are required to process the transaction, authenticate the cardholder (including 3-D Secure), and detect fraud. These are essential for payments and cannot be disabled if you choose to make a purchase. See the Stripe Cookie Policy for details.
- Functional: remember choices you make (such as cookie consent, theme, or display preferences) to provide a better experience.
- Analytics: help us understand how visitors interact with the website so we can improve it. These collect aggregated, generally non-identifying information such as pages viewed, referrer, device type, and session duration.
- Marketing: only used if you opt in. We do not currently run third-party advertising cookies.
3. Specific cookies and storage items we set
The most common items used on this site are summarized below. Exact names may change as we update our stack.

4. Third-party services that set cookies
- Stripe — payments, tax calculation, and fraud prevention at checkout. Governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
- Google — if you choose Sign in with Google, Google may set cookies as part of the sign-in flow, governed by Google's privacy policy.
- Hosting, CDN, and analytics providers — used to deliver and improve the site.
The AI chatbot widget itself runs on our own infrastructure; the messages you send are transmitted to our AI provider to generate responses, but the provider does not set tracking cookies on this site. See the Privacy Policy for details on how chatbot data is handled.
5. Managing cookies
You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Disabling strictly necessary, chatbot-related, or payment-related cookies will prevent you from signing in, using the AI assistant, or completing purchases.
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site, which will prompt the consent banner again.
6. Do Not Track and global privacy signals
Browsers may transmit "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we treat a recognized GPC signal as a request to opt out of any such activity, including disabling non-essential analytics where technically feasible.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent changes.
